Privacy Policy

ContractorKit is published by Hammertime Consulting LLC. The app is designed so your business data stays on your device and is not collected by us.

Data stored on your device

Jobs, costs, overhead settings, clients, quotes, invoices, and payment instructions are saved locally using Apple’s on-device storage frameworks. They remain on your device unless you choose to export or share a PDF.

No data transmitted to us

ContractorKit has no account system, cloud backend, or service endpoint that receives your app data. We cannot see your jobs, clients, costs, invoices, or payment instructions.

No advertising or analytics SDKs

The current version contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

Payments

ContractorKit may store payment instructions that you enter as invoice text. The app does not process payments, access bank accounts, or collect payment-card information.

Apple diagnostics

If you choose to share diagnostics with Apple, Apple may process crash and performance information under Apple’s own privacy terms. ContractorKit does not include a separate crash-reporting service.

Children

ContractorKit is a business utility and is not directed to children. We do not collect personal data from users of any age.

Your control and deletion

You control the records stored in the app. Deleting ContractorKit deletes its on-device data. PDFs or other files you exported are controlled by the destination where you saved or shared them.

Changes to this policy

If ContractorKit’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the corresponding version is released.
